Periods are never easy for any girl. From getting out of bed to bearing pain of cramps everything is difficult for girls on those days. During that time of month girls are too emotional because of some hormonal issues.
But there are few things you should avoid doing while you are on your periods:
1.No Need To Exercise
Every girl feels bloated in her those days but once the week is over, you will be in her sexy shape. So, there is no need to exercise now because it will ruin your clothes and who wants stains?
2.Don’t Stuff Yourself With Chocolates
Stuffing yourself will be great regret of your life in those days because you are not going to feel better after eating tons of chocolates. Just eat few candy bars but just ignore the cliches you hear. Don’t go crazy on chocolates.
3.Don’t Let Your Hormones Mess With You
If you start fight with your friend or start an argument with your colleague, you will say some rude things which in actual don’t mean. It is just because your hormones are messing with you. But no one wants to start an argument on silly things especially with their best friend. Just sit back and take deep breaths and don’t let your hormones to mess with you.
4.Don’t Eat Fast Food
If you eat fast food in those days you will feel worse so to control your cravings eat few candy bars otherwise to avoid drive thru you have to stay at home and nothing is worse than this. Eat a candy bar or grab a mug of hot chocolate and skip the burger and fries.
5.Don’t Sit At All
Sitting and walking too much is just feel good at all. It is better if you lie down on your couch or bed for the whole day if you can. Don’t suffer when you are on your periods. Just take care of yourself!
